We furnished the house the way we like to travel with small children – so a family has everything at hand and doesn't need to pack half the household.
A holiday with small children looks nothing like a trip for two. That is why the house is furnished practically: there is room to play, room to eat and room to put tired explorers to bed. When the weather turns, play moves indoors. When it holds, everyone heads into the garden.
Equipment for children

- Travel crib on request and a bed rail
- Toys for different ages – play kitchen, ball run, train set, blocks
- High chair, children's tableware, bibs and a learning tower in the kitchen
- Baby bathtub with a support, potty and a toilet seat reducer
- Stair gates and a baby bouncer
- Toys for the garden and the pool
We also thought about safety: stair gates, a bed rail, children's tableware and a toilet seat reducer.
The pool is seasonal and is usually open from May to September. Children must always be supervised by an adult at the pool.
Your own space for a family stay
The whole house is yours: two bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace stove and French windows to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and two bathrooms. It fits 2 adults and up to 3 children – the bed layout is not suitable for a group of 4–5 adults.

Living room with a fireplace
A sofa with a pull-out bed, a fireplace stove and large French windows opening onto the terrace. Perfect for the evening after a day out.
Bedrooms and kids' room
Downstairs a bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage, upstairs a children's room with a bunk bed (140 and 90 cm) and toys. A travel crib is available on request.
Two bathrooms
The upstairs bathroom has a large bathtub and a shower; the downstairs one doubles as a laundry room with a washer, dryer, toilet and sink.
Terrace, garden and pool
The covered terrace with seating and a grill works even on cooler days. From there you step into the garden with a 1.5 m deep saltwater pool.
Parking and storage
Free parking right in front of the house. On request we can open a lockable shed for bikes or skis.

Summer days by the saltwater pool
The garden has an outdoor saltwater pool 1.5 m deep. Thanks to the enclosure you can swim even on a cooler day. The pool is usually open from May to September.
Children may use the pool only under adult supervision.

Proseč nad Nisou is a quiet base: the nature of the Jizera Mountains as well as the towns of Jablonec nad Nisou and Liberec are close by.
