What you will find here
Kitchen and dining area
Everything from a fridge with freezer to an induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher, plus an espresso machine. The large oak table seats the whole family comfortably.
Bedrooms and sleeping
Both bedrooms are upstairs – a bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with a bunk bed (140 and 90 cm) full of toys. We are happy to prepare a crib for a baby.
Garden, terrace and pool
The covered terrace with seating and a grill is welcoming even on cooler days. It leads into the garden with a salt-water pool, 1.5 m deep.

Kitchen
- Fridge with freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and a lever coffee machine. The large oak table seats the whole family comfortably.
- A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher (tablets are ready for you), a coffee machine and a kettle. Feel free to use the coffee, tea, sugar, salt and cooking oil you find there.
- Everything you need for family cooking and baking (pots, tins for cake and torte, plenty of plates and bowls, a hand blender and more).

- Toys for different ages – play kitchen, ball run, train set, blocks, building sets and other toys that will be new for your children and keep them busy for a long time.

- The house is heated automatically and set to a comfortable 22 °C, which you can adjust. The living room also has a wood stove – a cosy extra; firewood is not included.
Bathrooms and laundry
- The upstairs bathroom has a large bathtub and a shower; the downstairs one doubles as a laundry room with a washer, dryer, toilet and sink.
- You can use both the washing machine and the dryer during your stay; three laundry capsules are ready for you. There is also a drying rack in the garden.
Outdoors
- The covered terrace with seating and a grill works even on cooler days. The terrace leads into the garden with a 1.5 m deep saltwater pool.
- You are welcome to use the gas grill. After grilling please switch it off, close the gas valve and clean it.

- The tap water is drinkable and of infant quality, so there is no need to bring bottled water.
- There is a first-aid kit and fire extinguishers in the house. We will point out where to find them when you arrive.
- Bags for sorted waste are in front of the house. Before leaving, please take them to the containers one street below.
